    The Resort is a luxury gated hotel/condo resort located on Governors Road (continuation of Grace Bay Road past Leeward gates) in the prominent gated community of Leeward in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. The Resort being a condo-style hotel/resort enhances the guests stay as they experience more privacy and tranquility and feel like they are right at home. All units are designed with dark wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite/marble countertops, and travertine floors throughout. All units feature ceiling fans and central air conditioning, ensuring personal comfort and control. There is a laptop-compatible safe in each unit, as well as a flat screen LCD television.
