In view of the situation we are currently experiencing and because we value the health of our guests, employees and partners, we would like to share with you Hotel DAHs new procedures: • Check-In and Check-Out times should be previously informed via e-mail or telephone, facilitating its process and ensuring social distance; • Upon Check-In, you will be provided with the rooms electronic key, Hotels entrance access codes, WIFI password, as well as emergency contacts; • Continental breakfast will be served in your room for your comfort and safety, upon prior timetable confirmation (available from 07:30); • Please let us know your details in case you need an invoice via email and we will provide it. The following operational services will be available between 08am and 12pm: • Bar service; • Room service (drinks and light meals); • Lounge serving coffee, cold drinks and snacks (available 24 hours). Please consult us in case you require private parking (available onsite) and transfer service (available upon reservation).
